Alright, back on to topic about school this week. This week I can't remember much. Was I too nervous about head-student? Come on, back to head-student again? Not again :/ At extension art, I started putting a layer of cool blue mixed with tonnes of water onto my canvas. Then, I used warm yellow, and used the same technique to put on a coat of yellow as the sky. I got to say that it looks amazingly beautiful! While mixing paints together, I started thinking about the head-student meeting after interval. Oh.. I got to stop talking about head-student!! Further on, we had extension science. Though I missed about 60 minutes of it cause I had to welcome the Makuhari Students. They all had a wide smile on their face. Apparently they welcomed us more than us welcoming them! Oops. Anyways, we took them to the food room, where the lunch is prepared by Ms Fynn. While they were eating, we took a few sneaky photos. They seem to be enjoying the food which is great. Overall, this week has been fantastic, and hopefully it stays till the end of the year.

Term 1 Week 6
Finally, the Head-Students were announced this week. I had butterflies for continuous three days! I was sitting in the Principal's office, along with 12 others. My heart was just pumping blood so fast, while awaiting for the names of the head-students. I was shaking uncontrollably, but I did eventually got myself to calm down... The principal started talking about that not everyone will get what they wish for, even when they have the qualifications. After he said that, I started thinking about it. Will it be me? Am I the one he is talking about? Did I not make it? All of those thoughts flooded my brain. After that, the principal said, "So the Head-Student for 2016 is....". I believe everyone was dying to know. "Dnsafjksen...", said the principal. Everyone started clapping and looking at me. Without knowing what happened and what he said, I clapped with them. Finally knowing that I got it, I felt so bad for the people that didn't get it. To be honest, I thought all of them were great students, and some of them are my good friends. You guys all had the courage to go for it and that is fantastic. Like what Mr McCabe said, there are other opportunities in our school that you can participate in! Hopefully you all find your dream and fulfill it! There we go. A fantastic start to the year. I really want to thank Mr McCabe for selecting me as the Head-Student, and Mrs Crowe for letting me have the chance to experience being a class councilor. Finally, I would like to thank the teachers that gave me a one as the rating beside my name. I truly thank you all and wish everyone to have a great year!
