Week 5 Term 2

Ahhh...! Its great to have such a long weekend. Oops, skipped too much.. On Monday we had a assembly where Amy did a speech on Sportsmanship. It was indeed very motivational and inspirational, but one thing she could improve on is reading it more smoother. Other than that the speech was well spoken. [spoiler alert!] I received my bronze badge! Yay! Ahem... Mrs Crowe was away on Monday as well, and we had Mr McCabe in our class after interval. Mr McCabe smelt something good when he came into the class and someone said it was tuna. I could clearly remember him saying: "Tuna? Ewwwww...Yuuuucccckkkkk!!!". From Tuna he talked about fish and then polar bears, toilets, olympics, zika virus, Japan population, false explanation, everyone is selfish, his house, his wife, global warming, Singapore, laws, New Zealand's prime minister, nature and finally the bell rang. Whew~ that was quite a talk. At lunch we talked about a movie called Zootopia and about how the cannibal animals were put in a psycho hospital. The lion was there, the tiny tinsey little otter was there, all twelve missing animals were there and finally you were there. Oh wait... You weren't there. On Thursday I went and talked to Mrs Tyson about my science fair project. The project I am doing is called smart bin. It is a user friendly, hygiene trash bin where its full automatic. I tried making my own vacuum but the power was too low, so Mrs Tyson decided to call HRV NZ and asked if they could sponsor me to make this project. I will know if they agree next Tuesday... That afternoon we also fitted our new TV onto the wall. It definitely looks amazing, and we decided to buy a new standalone chromecast to be fitted on. I can't wait till next week ~
